  • 1.1 Do I need a developer to install and configure the product?

    The installation process does not need developer skills. If you don’t have an inhouse Magento 2 developer, website manager or an agency to install and configure our extension, we offer an installation service for €70.

  • 2.1 Do you offer tracking of the checkout conversion funnel?

    Tracking/analysing checkout performance or UI/UX complexity is useful to validate a hypothesis.This needs a solid analysis plan on the merchant side i.e.: what to track, how to track it, will my numbers be statistically significant based on my traffic, will the data gathered answer my questions.

    From a customer point of view, it's always easier to fill less fields that require minimal validation. Reducing validation complexity lessens cognitive complexity on interacting with any input form.

    Adding tracking needs to be thought through and before implementing any additional tracking we suggest to evaluate the benefit and see if you already have enough data to make meaningful assumptions. If you still need to gather something extra or visualise the performance along your eCommerce sales funnel, you can plan and set up Google Analytics. Here’s Google Developers Documentation.

  • 2.2 Do you offer VAT Validation?

    VAT ID Validation is built into Magento 2 core. Read more information here.

  • 2.3 Can we change the order and have billing address first and shipping address second?

    This is not currently possible for technical reasons: customer address order in checkout is hard coded into Magento 2. Many merchants have requested this functionality and we have that feature in our roadmap.

    To unlock unlimited access to OneStepCheckout upgrades for Magento 2, you need to subscribe to our Support and Update Plan. It is billed once every 6 or 12 months and grants you direct access to latest versions and to our Support team.

  • 5.3 What happens if the product doesn’t work or has issues?

    First, make sure you always install new extensions on a test environment. If you see issues, check our documentation or contact our Support team.

  • 5.4 Do you have a refund policy?

    Yes we do. OneStepCheckout Magento 2 extension is a downloadable/digital product, we only offer refund if the product does not work in your store and our support team can't solve the issues you face.
