Very responsive support

We have purchased the OneStepCheckout add-on for Magento 1.9 and had to implement PCI compliant transaction with Authorize net. Support from OneStepCheckout team was responsive and they were able to tackle problems which involved core Authorize net transactions quickly.

The overall interface of OneStepCheckout is very user friendly and the add-on is stable.

Excellent support, excellent product.

I'm delighted with OneStepCheckout. I've already seen an increase in conversions on my website. It's such an improvement to the laborious Magento checkout pages. I got help with installation which was done within a couple of hours. I had minor changes I needed and there was always a reply to my emails and advice and support. I highly recommend this product and the support that comes with it.

Thanks very much to all the team at OneStepCheckout in particular Madis who was so helpful and kind and made the whole process very easy.

Surprise! Customer support exists! Swift response, can anyone say six am. Incredibly knowledgeable, code in two minutes that worked perfect first time. Plus follow up. Who does that? OneStepCheckout has and does! There are many reasons to purchase the best. Here there is icing on the cake. I can not express enough what a surprise at how easy it has been to setup this software and receiving world class support. Well I’m a customer for life. Thanks I wish everyone at OneStepCheckout a bright future.

In my opinion OneStepCheckout is a must have extension for every onlineshop!

It works really great. And should you nevertheless have some problems to get it run, the support is outstandig!

It is absolutely worth its price!
