OneStepCheckout is a great extension and the team behind it is even better. We have used this extension on our site for several years now and it has increased our conversion rate significantly. Probably the most important extension to have in a Magento site. OneStepCheckout is too important to increase your customers conversions.
Very solid one page checkout extension, probably the best.
Great support, a very important thing when you decide to buy an extension.

We like one step checkout overall. It definitely works as advertised and has good features. That being said we have not seen an increase in conversions on our site. Helpful, fast and great support! Extension is kept up to date to follow latest magento developments. Also integration with other extension is often made possible.
One of the best one page checkout extension. We are using the Enterprise version quite a while now and it really intergrates perfectly in the magento system.
