Both the extension and the support I have received from the development team have been fantastic!

This is a very simple plugin and has flexibility for customization if needed. The extension options in Magento Configuration make it very easy to change how you want shipping, billing, coupon code, etc. to display and updates right away.

I've had a great time dealing with OneStepCheckout's customer support, and also configuring the checkout to work in a multi-store, multi-currency, multi-language environment.
The module is flexible and can be styled without issue.

I started using OneStepCheckout 8 months ago. After installing we have noticed customer satisfaction and more sales. OneStepCheckout is a great extension that works together with multiple modules and is easy to install and make modifications. Now after 8 months I needed assistance.
